We are looking for a

(JUNIOR) CONSULTANT E-LEARNING (M/F/D)

with enthusiasm for the conception, creation and localization of digital training courses.

You are the right candidate if you already have some experience as an Instructional Designer in the field of digital learning and want to continue to contribute your creativity to the development of customized learning content for companies.

The job profile:

You enjoy explaining both compliance topics and complex medical, technical and economic contexts in a clear and target group-oriented manner.
You make a significant contribution to the brainstorming, instructional design and subsequent development of learning media.
You take part in customer meetings, are able to grasp the needs and wishes of our customers and write concepts and storyboards based on them.
You use various authoring tools to conceive and develop your ideas and concepts and work closely with your colleagues to create e-learning courses.
You regularly support the team in the localization of produced learning content, i.e. the translation and adaptation to the respective country-specific target market.

Your application profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in media production, social sciences, teaching or adult education or have completed comparable training.
You have a quick grasp of things, practical thinking and organizational skills.
Even when faced with acute challenges, you keep a cool head and are able to develop solutions independently.
You have an eye for detail and complete routine tasks in a structured manner and with great care.
You have a high level of English language skills and are confident in developing high-quality learning content in English.
You have a good sense of design.
Good communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of working in an international environment complete your profile.
Ideal, but not a requirement: Initial experience with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline) is an advantage.
Ideal, but not a requirement: Further foreign language skills, especially Italian, Portuguese or Polish, would be advantageous in the context of localizations.
Ideal, but not a requirement: You have basic knowledge of using Photoshop and Illustrator or comparable tools.
Ideal, but not a requirement: Initial experience in video production (especially Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere or Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
